We’re not here to get in the way of you enjoying your time on erbopolis, and if you follow the basics, we’ll all get along just fine.

By creating and using an account on erbopolis, you agree to the following terms of use :

Free speech is nothing without being accountable for what you say, and that begins by registering with your real name.

We are allowed to agree or disagree as we please, but getting nasty with each other is unacceptable. Acting poorly (in the judgment of the admins) will at the very least get the comments in question deleted with a warning issued to you in private.

Politics and religion can be discussed in the context of ERB’s work, and can be quite interesting, but no posts/comments for or against the current state of religion and politics in the world. Leave the drum beating for other social media or news sites where it tends to give people a bad taste in their mouth. That bickering is two sides of the same coin and has no place in rational discussion.

We know people can get offended, and will want to react to poor behaviour. That only makes things worse. Tell the admins. We’ll deal with it as we’ve outlined here.

Coarse language and nudity (photos or illustrations) are not acceptable. Costumes in the ERB universe are skimpy enough for our purposes. You can use @#$%!&!! or something similar if the situation warrants, but not f*ck, just so we’re clear, but let’s keep it to a minimum.

You’re welcome to promote your ERB-related projects, commercial or non-commercial, in the Marketing group only. Also, if you have skills that people could apply to something ERB related and are looking for customers/collaborators, that’s welcome as well. For commercial projects, erbopolis assumes that you have licence to sell your work with respect to Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc.’s intellectual property rights, and we will not be held liable for providing a venue for your work if you don’t.

That’s it. Have fun.
